Sue's Diner: Breaded Potatoes

The Munsonville Times was so impressed by the spread John Simons served for his wedding to Miss Bryony Marseilles that the newspaper listed each item. 

One of those items was breaded potatoes. 

Rebekah and I used large potatoes because that's what we have. Next time we make them, we plan to use small reds or Yukon golds, although if you only have large, they're still delicious.
